Work related stress and the proper bed to sleep on:

There are many people in the work force who drive themselves for 12 to 16 hours with very
few breaks, they sit at computer terminals or a desk with an old office chair, sleep on a mattress that should have been replaced a few years ago, and eat a fast food diet. All of these things can add up to back problems, headaches and more.

My situation a few years back created all kinds of health problems that lead me to a doctor in Los Angeles who spent most of the visit talking about what kind of narcotics to put me on. After being turning into a Zombie by pain killers, I decided to find a better way and changed my lifestyle and surroundings.

One of the most important aspects of fixing the problem, was replacing our California King with a new up to date bed that had a mattress designed for someone like me, and most likely someone like you as well. In addition to the bed, I changed my living room chair, and my chiropractor told me his prescription for me was to get rid of the stick shift car so I would stop aggravating my lower back.

I was desperate to try anything and everything, so I did and it worked!

Something you don't give much thought to is the bed you sleep on, but it is one of the most
important things in your living space as it can affect your entire day, and your entire life.

Talk to us about your specific situation and lets find a solution that works for you.

This topic is mentioned quite often in various media.
